James Hanson

James Hanson is a third generation Colorado native, born in Denver and raised in Littleton.  He attended St. Mary’s in downtown Littleton and graduated from Columbine High School.  He spent his early adult years studying theatre at UNC in Greeley and was one of the original members of the Main Street Players.  He started in the residential housing field in the 1982 with Writer corp. as a warrantee service technician and has been in the housing field in one capacity or another ever since.  He is a member of South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association, has National Association Of Home Builders C.S.P. 1 and 2 certificates, National Association of Apartments P.L.P., and boasts extensive knowledge of all aspects of development, sale, construction and long-term operation of dwellings.  He was honored with the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver Peak Performance Award for top sales in Denver November 2001. Having over 10 years in property management and five years in home sale, his motto is: “I strive to serve this community and its residents.”
